Didn't announce modes at all, should be banned for a day depending on previous violations.

This wasn't the first time he failed at announcing non-standard mode in lobby. There were at least 2 unreported cases of it.

He seems pretty ignorant of the rules so perhaps a ban is warranted. Though in your case, it seemed that you were the only one that explicitly told him that what he had done was against the rules.

Well, im not like:"omg, he needs a ban", i dont quite think he understood what i wrote, nor read the rules at all. Its probably not intended, though i got not idea how to handle it, since its still a break of rules and many folks dont want to play against someone breaking them.

Banned 12hr for unannounced mode. This game will be handled as a first offense.
