3)lina refused to kick pa because lc was mhing, which isn't a good reason not to kick. Ban this lina for as long as possible for making this game unrecoverable.

Denied for the lina. How can he know lc is a mher? Obviously it is not a legit reason for a votekick, since you can't confirm that a player maphacks before watching the replay; unless you are using fogclick detector ingame and got a legit fogclick, which is also bannable since fcd's are not allowed to be used ingame.
