11:19 - clicks ursa jungle.
16:48-51 - clicks axe no ward
24:21 - clicks tower to check hp. also clicked axe prior to this.
clicks axe in jungle many times. also ganks in their wood with no ward.

Virus, apply the ban when there's baltant fog-click. A second admin is needed only to confirm that there's a mh. When there's fog-click, you're allowed to ban the user, but not to move to processed.

Also, it's 11:09 |cFF006400Jodie_Arias (Troll)|r clicked Ursa Warrior > Confirmed, jungling.

User jordie_arias is banned for one year, moving to process.
