I watch the match and u could hear the sound of the ac and he dust at that Moment, i don't think he mh. This look more like luck then mh tbh
Edit: i watch it again and you can se tema even for a sec before she goes invis, don't get me wrong this Brabus_E_v12 guys is not a good player and i don't realy like him but i don't think it was mh cause i would have done the same in this situation. When u hear the ac go of and even see here come out of the tree for a sec.

so instead of using dust at 29:52-53 when he hears the ac, he uses it at 29:55 wen temari is directly on top of him. He runs around the tree then uses it right when temari is on top of him. Sasuke never had vision of temari btw.
