Any further thoughts: Min 25: we have a teamfight at top river rune spot, rex keeps farming neutrals in our woods. Min 28 we kill Roshan and he takes aegis with 0 - 6 stats. Min 36: We def mid, he doesn't come and goes to suicide after we are all dead. Min 47-48 we def base bot, he farms woods. In the first 20 minutes he didn't participate in the game at all. He says in chat that he doesn't give a fuck about this game, that we should kick him etc. In the end he sold his items. Then he left. All in all a gameruiner who decided the outcome of this game.

he had a few more items at 25 min in treads claymore and preserverance
@27.05 the was a team battle south of the top river he didnt participate how ever he was at less that half hp he would not have done anything other than die.
@28.22 he did go to help fight by bottom rune
@33.34 he deos help spec kill panda then backs from team fight as slark almost kills him
@37.00 he help defend mid tower but goes back to fountain as he was oom
@48 helps team and kills yellow
I will say this after reviewing the game a couple times
I do not think it was intentional feeding
His attitude was toxic to the game
and his unwilling to learn and stick with team does not help
at worst he is a horrible player

He is a horrible player with a horrible attitude and at many times he didn't come to help and he did it on purpose. You can see that on the timestamps I provided and also on those you summed up in your first post. He admitted in chat too that he didn't bother.

Although Spectre is feeding and ruining on purpose, being behind in levels, going in 4 or 5 v1, not going b when told to etc. he refuses to kick. Despite numerous votekicks.

In the original game you reported him for as rex, i see a sub-par player. i don't see purposefully ignoring the team on multiple occasions. there are plenty of times when hes there "helping" and goes in with poor judgement. again, i see a nub, not purposeful game ruining.
