Violated Rule(s): Really nasty KING JUGGLING + no heal on purpose ( due to king juggling, I expect seriously he didn't heal on purpose )
Time of Violation (in-game or replay): Last end of 30 seconds or more
Any further thoughts: He was pink, he controlled king bad( this is okay in public game since pub game is not intended to play for only good players ) BUT, real problem is he juggled king on purpose. I was playing high elo account and I suspect he did it purpose since his nation seemed like korea if you see the link. Furthermore, he didn't heal also
