Any further thoughts: Solo sending several waves instead of upping king even though we explained to him we had to up king to survive.

I can totally confirm that he refused to co-operate after we told him that his solo send for wave 5 was useless ! that needed to save send as a team or save up king as a team, and he just kept solo sending afterwards
