The violator is guilty beyond any doubts the replay shows it clearly @26min. This act changes the players gameplay experience and
needs to be dealt with.

There is also no such rules that can get you banned for not drawing after someone leave, dw for that you're safe. ;p

My verdict whether it matters or not : 48-72 hour ban.
