lvl2 before the team mentionned sending he sent, lvl 3 sending without team, first warning, lvl 6 sending without team again, his teammates complain, sending without team 7,8 and 9 and then i stopped watching.

The violator is infact guilty and should be banned as a warning for atleast 72 hours for breaking the rules.
Behavior like this even in non-elo games shouldn't be tolerated and needs to be punished.

I support this request and my verdict whether it matters or not is : guilty 72 hours ban
