He built split (<120 value) at lvl 27 and his team sent at lvl28. Any rule was broken.

How can u report this when your team (yellow)tried split units several lvls, failing???

With all do respect Jack77pd how can you say this? It's seems to me that you havent seen the replay and only red the log. Yellow didnt make splitunits anywhere the entire game. Sexybrains2 did mention to yellow he should build split @ 16. I said this new rule forbid that: Splits may only be built at levels where your team is not sending.
@ lvl 25 I mentioned yellow was going to split lvl 27 the way he build. That would have been a problem for us, because we expected them to send lvl 27. As you can see in the replay yellow did make units @ lvl 27 in the top corner to prefent his units to split! As you can see that worked out.

Milfhunter96 did make unit to get split @ lvl 27 so they could send double demon @ lvl 28. The ruless forbids it and therefor he should be banned.
