You banned this guy recently - part of this had to do with his history. During the game in which you banned him (and several other related games for which there were ban requests), he talked extensively about how he would dodge his ban. Here's the link:

I just played another game with him in which he was obviously throwing, and I mentioned that I'd already had one successful ban request against him for the same offense. His response:

(47:10 / Allied) King.Kar: on my alt acount
(47:23 / Allied) King.Kar: of course u wouldnt know
(47:31 / Allied) King.Kar: because i always change my ip back to normal

You should really take care of this guy for the long term.

larz - thanks but this isn't a request for throwing, just the dodging. He needs to be dealt with because he actually admits to dodging DURING his ban duration. I'm not saying he dodged in this game, but he's admitting to doing it in other games because he doesn't care. I noted this for getstomped because he's familiar with the history.

ok but you still said something wrong about throwing when i was not. explain that.
as for dodging u have no proof you just post requests with no REAL evidence. --You will never get rid of me in the long term. the rules i ever break are only minor. I will always show up on your games whether u like it or not.

@NumberOneStunna if we currently have no evidence of dodging, then we currently have no evidence of dodging. If he is dodging, it's only a matter of time until he's caught. I can't do anything based on words (borderline bragging....) alone.

as larz requested, if you thought he was throwing in the game you posted, please provide timestamps.
