Antistuck
Cannot be used on opponent team.
Cannot be used to kill-steal your teammate.
Cannot be used to delay or prevent units from teleporting to king.

Lucy's antistuck was made later and inbetween the rounds. Nothing to ban from that.


The one who antistucked you at 5:25 was @noobfromhell@entconnect (teal in the other team)

@noobfromhell@entconnect had obviously no vision of the area. He did 1 antistuck, exactly where green's units were. This is MH in my opinion.

For antistuck, yes. Just wait for a mod to confirm/review this.

Regarding MH, that's the first time I review such a case, I'm not 100% sure about it but it looks like he does MH.
