approximate time: starting around 13 mins. to rest of the game
replay:
Rule player violated: starting around 13 mins, wisp starts ulting at the exact locations of me and sniper.. there are no wards or nothing and it's very clear wisp was using some kind of maphacking program... he is friends with teal and yellow im presuming and they also know when to run exactly when our team is trying to gank them.. hopefully these three will be perma banned.. i will notify the other bots as well
