This is by far the worst ban request I've ever seen;

Fix all the points or I will have to deny your request. Use the little pencil on the top right corner to edit your initial post.

Go on the stats page and enter your username into the searching box to find the replay.

I was gonna post this anyway but this guy did it too fast.

Red, Blue and Teal in this game refused to draw after one of our teammates dropped from the game pre-round 1. Red (the violator here) also set the wrong modes and did not heal for his team resulting in them losing.
