I wouldn't issue more than a warning ban for refusal to cooperate with the team, seeing as the game was way over already.

Game ruin by refusal to play with team is a serious offense... a warning is hardly ever sufficient. If its his first time he can appeal and get off easy if he appears to be genuine. But a ban is necessary because the appeal is a confrontation that forces them to accept what they did and promise not to do it again which leads to more serious consequences if and when they break the same rule again.

ok after reviewing axe does tend to not help but after asking for team play and help almost the entire game. The team starts to finally ask for team play after the game is just about lost, and I say that with the best regards but your team is out leveled and behind on items at this time in the game. His effect on not helping you at those few moments had virtually no effect on the game. However he did refuse to help so I will give a warning ban of two days and wait for his appeal. In my opinion team play goes both ways dont ask for a ban when your whole team refuses to play together, at one point in the game every scourge player said screw this im not helping anymore.
