Time of Violation (in-game or replay): End game. You see him having tons of heroes and using life stealing glitch multiple times.
Any further thoughts: My teammate snowcatter used life stealing glitch aswell (after i told him to). He did it after they have used it 2-3 times. We did it not to lose as teal obviously wouldnt stop. I tried to tell him to stop cheating, but he ignored it completely.
