Time of Violation (in-game or replay): Around 16:00 game time he puts 2 courier in river. One at each rune to steal all runes so I can not get any rune. As all storm players know runes are fairly important for storm plays. He does not only take bounty , he takes haste, invisi, dd etc. After a few minute of seeing that has no great effect on my performance, he tried to follow me all over jungle in attempts to steal my farm. After that failed, he just place mines in all camps to block them from spawning.
Any further thoughts: I've met this techie player many times. He is very mad about me beating him almost every time. Although he failed to do enough harm to cost us the game, It is still fairly obvious that he tried to ruin the game. I think he should be somewhat punished. Thanks
