Any further thoughts: He was doing good early so I have no idea why he wouldn't help mid/late game.

I was in this game and confirm not only afk lowest level in the game to show his lack of team play. I specifically warned him twice. He was afk a combined time of over ten minutes and we had the game won up to that point.
