Any further thoughts: claims to have 1k proxies and cant be banned the whole game was thrown by his actions. 2 day ban seems to lenient. In addition half east side refused to boot after teal sold all towers for wave 10 exact names unclear.

Going to ban a week to see if I can find an IP pattern if he dodges. These guys usually aren't too wise.
