Please note these ban requests are already processed but they were botched. This is why it is not in format but it should be easy enough to make sense of. They are regarding these two ban requests:

Per art)y's request that I ask another mod to take a look at it (https://www.entgaming.net/forum/viewtop ... 31&t=70865), I was hoping @supersexyy would take a look.

First off, those two players, takumi.jp and toyota, are the same. he is well known as touge in the civ wars community for being a very volatile and annoying player. Which brings me to the takumi.jp ban request.

Clear abuse, and you are punishing satan for doing what he is supposed to do (by ignoring him) by not banning takumi.jp. This toxicity is every game with this player. Which brings me to the toyota ban request:

No, no, no ,no NO! This must be a joke! OF COURSE you can blame him for the loss just look at how he plays starting at ~8:00. It's his fault! Regarding this one, and since it was only one votekick which dind't pass (no impact at all), i decided to give him a oral warning instead of ban - It did came up with an approval, the ban request was never denied.

I won't ban this time, however @monsterboy99 consider yourself warned: next time i see you trying to kick a player for no reason, you will be banned.

Theres a reason why we ask for timestamps: You're stating ~8 minutes while the OP itself said and stated at 12 minutes - Obviously im not watching what happened at 8 minutes if he says the rule violation happens at 12 minutes: Considering what happened at 12 minutes, the only thing ur able to watch is mid refusing to help bot, bot dies and he reports him -> Obviously won't ban him. The whole incident at 12 minutes, without any background (aka 8 minutes which was never reported or stated by the original poster), has nothing wrong by the other player.

Yes, now i can agree with you, taking in considering what happens before 12 minutes:

Toyota deactivated almost every spawn, to start making leonardo workshop, and ends up deactivating the rest to make the university + Also had minor pulls with his builder -> Was also told by his ally to reactivate or he would die: he ignored and thats when he deactivates the rest to make the university.

EDIT: he started the game afk, and never came back

Banning toyota@useast.battle.net for 10 days (5 days for the game ruin, 1 for pulling and 4 for afk).

@we-giv-up-u-win If you still don't agree with the decision, just PM me and i'll re-open the case and let a 2nd moderator review it (I believe the whole situation happened from this case https://entgaming.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=24&t=67747 which should be correct now ; The timestamps provided dind't give any relevant information, and so my decision wasn't according to the whole game, but to the timestamps provided - So i might apologize for it, yet next time providing the correct timestamps can avoid this situation)
