40:50 (killed slark with overgrowth when he sat in fountain)
43:00 (stunned me multiple times when he was in fountain)

I gave him warning asking him to stop abusing but he didn't listen. We ended up losing this 4v5 with our 1-21-3 Sylla. I don't blame Sylla as Sentinel just fed off him with glitched combo. But malicious@useast.battle.net does deserve a ban. Thanks.

rearm + overgrowth is not a glitch ... he is using Roots then rearming and casting again where is the glitch in that?

Yes this is glitch abuse in this map cause the roots cant even be chopped down properly so you can counter. In 685c the roots are changed so you can chop the tree down easily and there is no more root there to grab you. But right now this is a dirty spell cause you can simply root the whole forest and lanes and the other team cant move. :/

Well even when you go chop the trees they can perm root you before you reach there.

I got 11-5 even with a leaver and a 1-21-3 sylla in my team and AA and I had a great chance of winning since they were not able to stop my push with simply rearm eclipse (if they didn't abuse glitch).

However, rearm root ruined not only my game but also his teammates' opportunity to try and dedicate their effort in a fair game. They ended up just sitting there and taking the win because rearm root is simply so op that it can 1v5.

While the combo of Rearm + Roots may be powerful, you can still cut down the eyes using quelling blade for example; There are tons of powerful combos with rearm (Example Rearm + Fissure -> blocking entrance paths so creeps never get inside); This situation has been present for quite a few versions by now, so if the mapmaker won't balance/nerf it, there's not much we can do regarding it (I suggest you report the situations to the mapmakers; Also @Jiminy_Cricket i remember you speaking about a few nerf modes, PM me about it if you can). The other possibility is the removal of -bo for example, so if you wish to suggest, feel free to suggest it, giving pros/cons and we will see how community reacts about it.

We won't be issuing any ban for this combination of skills. Fortunately, I heard that it has been dealt with in the current version (atleast from what I heard), so we will just move with it.
