Time of Violation (in-game or replay): Prior to game starting.
Any further thoughts: Foresi joined/left at least 10 times, occupying and vacating the last remaining spot in the game. This delayed the game from starting for a very long time, since no one who actually planned on playing could join while the game was full. This was probably due to not wanting to play on the team with the open slot [even though the teams were evenly matched based on ELO]. Our team of three could not join for at least 20 minutes, until someone on the other team left, Foresi got on that team, and the game finally started.

@HazarDous The reason I didn't post a link to the game is because it wasn't #10, it was the lobby of #11 where he kept joining/leaving to delay the game, and that's not included in the game replay. I guess the only way to prove it happened would've been to take several screenshots of the ENT game list site.

I have access to that information. I only need the good link.
