Any further thoughts: Constantly goes afk throughout game in mid-lane then finally goes afk until the rest of game. Unable to kick him due to afk timer constantly being offset by his thirst skill. Opposing team refuses to vk despite pink being MIA for 15 mins of end game in order to pull off win.

afk from 20:12 to roughly 23:40, then 2745 - 2845 then at 45:30 for a long period of time +4 minutes, which is enough to warrant a ban. You also only attempted to votekick once therefore I dont thing that the_one and 13mbaclub should be banned.

The amount of flame you did in this game is ridiculous and needs to stop. Try giving some words of encouragement.

The afker should be banned for 3-5 days the other two could be banned but also could not as they didnt know the entire situation and you flaming them doesnt help the cause. You also only tried votekicking the afker once and didnt try to explain thoroughly. Up to moderators discretion though.

If people can't handle it, then they can ignore me. I reciprocate flamers, trolls and people who refuse to play fairly. When someone is MIA for 10+ minutes, its kinda indicative that they are afk resetting. I've mentioned it to the other team who just saw it as another opportunity to get a win for an otherwise close/losing game, then taunt it as if they were somehow better. I admit I had a terrible attitude and I get easily provoked which was mainly from a bad night having constantly afkers/game ruiners on my team. Still, if you're going to afk and not tell team why, you may as well leave and just get autobanned - otherwise team can't salvage items.

Yondaime is right, almost every game with a banning system especially games like dota 2 and league of legends which heavily bans on toxic behavior such as spam, verbal abuse, and harassment bans the instigator as well as the retaliator. Yes it sucks when you don't start the fight, but like in a case of a fist fight in a bar both parties are charged with assault not just the first punch but the last one as well. Games work like that too, yeah someone afk's or feed's or flames you are not better by being toxic back to it. If someone does something like that be the bigger man, don't all chat, don't flame, just remember to report them after game and just play your best to your ability to support the team and outcome of the game. I have carried 4vs5's in league and dota 2, through the worst of it. You would be surprised at the amount you can carry if you put all your focus into playing instead of typing, plus you leave 0 chance for you to get banned yourself for retaliation flame.

This isn't about flaming and I'm not reporting a flamer. The reason why we have an ignore command is enough to dismiss the "excessive flaming" violation in the first place. You're taking this out of context and obviously I'm not ridiculous enough to report on something I'm guilty of committing myself.

Not everyone knows how to use the ignore command, and also I dont even use it in dota 2 just incase because Dota is a Team game.

Ent General Rules #2: Do not flame, rage, troll, or insult other players excessively.

This isnt a situation where I am trying to change the context you clearly saw that I was on your side for banning the AFKer just not the other 2 players for not kicking because they were not really refusing to do so.

I have played with Malicious. Can confirm he flames his teammates excessively during games.

It really ruins the game for me, when players flame a lot. Of course you can ignore them, but you have to read the reaction of all the other people in the game, which kinda make the flaming obvious anyway.

Would be nice to see some retribution for verbal harrassment.

I would understand moderate level of typing when you get pissed by game ruiners who waste your time. Online gaming is somewhere you relieve ur stress, not your work place where you are highly regulated on every comment and behavior. So mods juz deal with the rule breaker and don't get distracted by comments that are not related to this particular brq.

@Malicious Next time provide timestamps "Constantly goes afk throughout game in mid-lane" is not acceptable; The only reason this ban request is being accepted is due to Yondaime's review with proper timestamps
