no. that is not why they put in votekick. its so if someone is BREAKING a rule you may kick them from game. it tells you that everytime you votekick which you both obviously know since you like to abuse it so much.
** Note: !votekick should only be used to kick players breaking a rule. You should not votekick players new to the game!

both players imo ruined the game because they didnt think they could win so they tried to make everyone FF so they can go to next game. this isnt how things are done here, if everyone chooses to !ff thats one thing but you dont have the right to kick someone for wanting to play just because you are done trying. i would suggest players to view the dota rules
before playing again. anyways both players banned for votekick abuse.
bigbobbaconfarm banned for 7 days due to previous banned history.
