In what I see you did not help the situation recover at all you succumbed to a childhood action yourself of going back and forth in a schoolyard verbal brawl. And then you did kick him incorrectly and jerkishly when he did not break any outstanding rules which Arii herself went through by giving you the ban. Next time if someone is being rude just ignore it, play your best, then report after. But do not retaliate and kick abuse.

Well i agree with you but from my point of view he also broke your rules by insulting me. So is it fair i'm the only guy getting punished for breaking a rule? maybe i should have acted different that's true. But i don't see why I should have moved from that location since he also were at my farm area earlier in the game. But i didn't say a word to him since its a free game. And maybe if he had asked me nicely instead of calling me a moron, misfit and so on I would have moved.
