Watched the first 20 minutes of the game: Nothing clock did was suspicious

The situation at river: Silencer dewarded clock's ward , rune spawn (clock could see it was inv), Silencer comes in sight before clock hooks so clock hooked in the straight line towards him - nothing wrong here
