Hi, just watched the replay decided to chime in to help the admins that may not know these players. First of all, this is a pathetic attempt for tskim to play victim.

Literally the exact same thing can be said about tskim, which would be funny if it wasn't so discouraging to know somebody can be so delusional. After watching the replay, I don't think the votekicking warrants a ban. Perhaps the first votekick was a little premature but it was already clear their top would not take instruction and had troubles understanding them. On the other hand, vwgfwoonwynwoov refused to votekick their top even when it was clear he was ruining a game. Per the rules, refusing to votekick a game ruiner (which includes a new player not listening) is bannable. So instead of banning the other players who don't deserve it, I propose vwgfwoonwynwoov gets banned because he pulls this all the time on different names. Right now I have seen him active on names including vwgfwoonwynwoov, wwwwwwwwwwwwwww, zhwot. Every so often this guy becomes active and ruins game after game so please if anybody gets banned, ban him. On any game of those where there is an afk, you will see him refuse to wait, which is considered game ruining in civilization wars. He also will refuse to kick an afk player so the other team can control him. Don't let this guy fool you with his victim facade.

so have to wait for much time in lobby usually to play a game
votekick abusing make feel very bad to players who waiting for much time in lobby to play

I am neither touge nor messi. Considering you don't even know who I am, I find it odd that you are accusing me of abusing votekick. Plenty of people will attest to my patience with new players. Rest assured, my replies are nothing personal they are simply in the interest of keeping game ruiners like yourself from abusing the community. While these players you have ban requested do abuse votekick sometimes, they have been properly punished for those instances by numerous bans. Hell, I have requested them for some of those abuses. However, I don't think this particular instance warrants a ban. That is all I am getting at.
