I don't get what he did... near the end of the game he stayed in the fountain because you had lost? you accuse him of "fountain griefing" because the last minutes of the game he refused to run out and die? Ive been in the same situation and I would hide in the back too if the game was moments from ending...
also what is 'fountain griefing' i've checked the rules and I cant even find a mention of that word... also saying you will ban everyone for not kicking is probably a violation of the rules due to the fact that your votekick is not valid in the first place.
Im sure an admin will review soon. thanks

I said possibly, not that I would ban them, which is two totally different things. Fountain griefing was a term that someone else in the game used, I didn't know it didn't exist, I'll change it right away. Also, I believe he stopped playing a little bit too early. Moreover, in the last minutes he block us access to the fountain using fissure, which is defitively not ok.

yeah no. He was fountain griefing. ANd he gave up way to early. Dust was getting beefy if he would have played and used his stuns properly instead of using them in the fountain area we could have beaten them. And we voted to kick him because he was sitting at fountain are in the trees. GG

Well damn, Excuseee me... Why don't you explain "fountain griefing" because from my many more years of dota than you, i've never heard the term.
Also, almost no games ever have been turned around once you're in your fountain such as this game meaning, i extremely highly doubted es had any effect on the outcome of the game. Its a loss, get over it and get the elo back...
Sorry. Too aggressive.

why point out small things like terminolgy like fountin griefing and make a big deal about it like you dont know what it means? its clearly derived from griefing and sitting in the fountin... makes pleanty of sense to me even if it is not mentioned in a RULE BOOK wich tends not to use slang. I think he went to fountin too early, a fissure can easily make a huge differnce ina team fight let alone a well place echoslam which is easy to do when they are pushing and you have a blink dagger. Now i don understand that he was frustrated and deterred, however in my opinion if jug was still playing he should not be sitting in fountin griefing about his kdr when he is alrdy 4 8. 4 8 and 4 9 arent much of a difference and there is a good chance hew would get a kill w ult fissure combo if he knows how to well. Even more so due to the fact that none of them had a BKB. In mo opinion 'fountin griefing' is confirmed however mild the case may be.

It would be catagorized with afking (even if not afk, you are sitting in base not contributing to help your team) and game ruining. I have been in Juggs position where i feel i am farmed enough that i can take on their team if my team would just help but not QUITE farmed enough to 4v1 them. A well placed fissure and echo slam could do anough damage and cause enough confusion for me to kill 1 or two and then still have ult to help clean up after. however if you sit in base and have jug go out and 4v1 he gets slaughtered. this is also game ruining as it can ruin the oppurtuinty to wina team fight and conterpush a rax or rush to throne and try to win. I stick with my opinion that he should be banned for a short time just to let the fact that he should not giveup on his teamates so easily set in.

Although I would agree with you that if ES were to carry on playing, Sentinels might have a slight chance of delaying Scourge's victory.
Scourge over leveled your team by large margins and as game ended 2 minutes after ES' refusal to play, there will be no ban for the player.
Thanks for posting.
Moving to processed.
