Amuse played his first game here. And he did kill Ryali and did some suspect moves. To say that someone "fogclick" in game doesnt´mean you using FCD!
11:26 Geo kill ryali with no vision betwwen 2nd and 3rd tower bot. Who knows if he lucky to cut her, but if that happend to you in game you would think its really suspect.
14:45 going for Ryali again and kill her 14:49.
This 2 times I would also say he fogclicking in all chat, as he not got any wards...

Player had no confirmed Fog Clicks on players, though this could be due to the fact that his mh hides it and his earthbind is a "skillshot". His actions in at least a few different times were extraordinarily suspicious to say the least.
Geomancer casts Earthbind without vision of Rylai and snares her. Though he was ganking her(without vision except for 1 second where he barely caught a glimpse of her around a tree.)
Blinks in right on top of Razor without any vision of him for more than 5 seconds then casts earthbind.
12:05 starts to go mid, then abruptly changes to cross river onto Legion side where Rylai is outside of view. Rylai moves to take the rune, and geo crosses river, then comes "behind" Rylai. his attack move and net comes off right as he sees her. There is no reason I can think of that he would haave been there, at all. He runs into Night Stalker, but gets the kill on Rylai. He starts to run away from Night stalker, but then tries to TP for no apparent reason considering Syllabear is on his way, unless he knows Razor is coming(who is in fog.)
20:55 he boots of travels bottom because Panda is low health from their previous fight. Panda is in fog before Meepo appears.
Once he ports, he waits for clones, and starts moving towards Panda's location. He blinks to side of trees.
Chases a bit further, then throws earthbind towards panda's location(misses).
Runs away from panda and tower, and while panda is porting out, throws earthbind again and hits without vision directly on top of Panda.
No Radiance damage at time of Earthbind.

I think the netting of cm in the bottom river between the second and third tower, the circling around and killing of cm at the rune, and the attempt to kill razor at the shop are all clear evidence for the use of maphack.

Some suspicious moves however:
7:30 moving through scourge forest towards 2 scourge heros who are in fog. Moves directly towards ursa who is coming more or less to cross his T so to speak, ults before ursa is visible, then continues moving to him and stuns and kills him.
9:00 Leshrac going from mid towards bottom where scourge heros are when abruptly turns and goes to rosh where a level 5 ursa is. Has no vision of area but sends illusions slighly ahead to ursa following with his real hero and ambushes him but does not kill him.
11:00 He tps bot and circles around the trees and ambushes ursa who he has vision of the entire time. This is not suspicious.
16:40 Runs through forest from mid towards bottom lane where ursa with aegis just fought with alchemist near the sentinel tower. He has no vision of ursa but appears to track him moving up towards the scourge tower and moves directly to head him off. Ursa changes direction abruptly and moves down to re engage alchemist. By now lesh has vision of him and comes to alchemist's aid.
17:45 moves to ambush gondar who immediately ww's and moves away. Lesh in ult follows his path until gondar stops turns and fights him.

@beerlord dont hesitate to make bans if you believe it sufficient evidence.
I briefly watched the second replay, and actually was unknowingly in game with him on a different alias, and no doubt this kid uses mh. Timestamps directly above are sufficient.
