what did that accomplish coldfire? i alrdy stated that he gave up and Yaph and i both asked him to leave if he was not going to play. we thought there was still a chance at winning when he afked. either needs to play or leave or get votekicked. the players above hindered this

First : Why did you start a votekick after on min in fountain? Wait 5 min and afk kick. Ok, answer is : We wanted to kick him faster. I get it, still it doesn't mean others have to vote, they don't know if you're lieing.

If he had moved to avoid kick, then !votekick and tell them why. Also, you threaten them that if they won't vote they're banned. Well, same as them, I would say, lol who you think you are buddy?.. I know their feeling. Never threat people to a ban. Like you said, they maybe didn't saw your votekick. Re-try it after if user stay in fountain afk. If they still don't listen, then pause and ask them 'He's griefing, please, can you kick?'... Well I will not make more long scenario.

In the end he didn't grief. Votekick reason was only to make him out faster. Wich isn't a real. I'm not banning people for not voting, cause as I told you, he been kicked for being afk to long.

[spoiler=Afk rule calrification]I will clarify the rule over afk. Afking 3 min in fountain. Going out 5 min, Sitting 3 min etc. Three four time. Running in circle in jungle for 2-3 min. This is afk 'abuse'.. Afk griefing is mostly sitting in base, and every 4 min you move a bit to avoid the -kickafk command to be used. If this is done, !votekick can be asked. Your situation is 'unique'. He said that he were done and went afk. After one min you realised that he were really afking. You tryed to put him out fastier by !votekicking. This is correct, but don't blame others for not !yes cause maybe, they are not sure of 'his he saying the truth'.. You know.[/spoiler]

For the part they don't know rule... Well:

There's the -kickafk command. Wich kicked him in the end. Proving he didn't 'grief'. Reason you stated to kick him. Wich were false.

For maphack, I will recheck fog-click, nothing more. If you want them banned for it, gime me more time marks with move from them. For the votekick abuse. Please, be more serious, you're trying to control people by telling them you'll ban them. This isn't correct. This is for the not voting part.

For starting once an other !votekick, only once! I wouldn't ban too. He maybe made a bad joke? =/

EDIT : Found nothing for maphack. If you have like I said time marks and description of what he made that can be called maphack. Bring it. For now, I let it open for you. To put your insight not on my decision over the !votekick, but over the maphack. Thanks for reporting.

"Never threat people to a ban." often people like that, trolls, will not ban if no ban request is threatened and i was serious as a heart attack as you can see. Now i was a little agitated as you can see from my language and score and losing games we should win but what they did was still wrong. Bara could have stayed in game and we would have had a much greater chance at winning, but since his mind was made up to be done i was trying to make his leaving as little of a change as possible. Fighting 4v5 for 5 mins before he is kicked is GG. period. end of story. The quicker he leaves or gets kicked the less of a negative impact he makes on the team.

As for that did you not read chat log or watch replay? This is exactly what I did except with a more direct approach.

there is a HUGE difference in going afk in fountin when your whole team is still trying to come back and win and giving up on your team and going afk in the last 2 minutes (30:18-32:24) when it is beyond obvious that you have lost and you simply dont want to run out and delay the inevidable and die more. Im suprised you even brought that up. There is also the point that i went afk to do something productive (get game ruiners off ent for a few days and teach them a lesson) as opposed to bara who prob went afk to jack off or something else atl+tabbed since he didnt even leave game.

Yes, still there's any rule that force people to leave? Getting afk kicked ban them 2 hours. Whats the point of rebanning. He didn't avoided to be kicked by this said command.

The fact stay the same. You said same as him. To go do something else then playing. Like him. Oh and you said it, two minute. In less then one you started a !votekick against him. Imagine you alt-tabbed and that there was a possible come back, you would miss it all.

False, you still get his gold and item in the end. Change what? Having it quicker don't help that much. Also, you tryed to kick to get an advantage instead of waiting the -kickafk command. You're applying for being a mod, you would of !kick this user cause he didn't moved for one min? Your reaction should of be the next : Cmon, stay, we can get this etc. No you just said, instead of afk leave. Ok you won't. !votekick.

I'm giving one point, kicking him faster was ok idea. Other to not vote is there choice. They aren't forced to. They have to vote if there's a rule breaking. There was none. He been afk 1 min, that doesn't justify a !votekick so they had right to don't vote.

Get your judgement involved. You were personaly implicated in this situation, this is why you don't see the otherside of the situation. He afked. Right. The other didn't voted cause there was no proof of a afk griefing (there was none too cause he didn't). In the end, as soon as it poped the 5 min afk you kicked him with the command. You got what you wanted, only cause you didn't had it earlier, you want a ban on these user.
