Any further thoughts: Please ban this player, as I reviewed it was the obvious hack when I turned off the fog of war. He did not have any wards in his forest, yet he ping directly at 5 of us on the opposite team.

He pigned at Roshan , because u all was bottom , and then gone.
So he pigned, and Clockwerk use rocket from bottom tower i guess , and he got haste , and he was going to check it.
And he founded you. I don't think this is any sort of Maphack.
