Time of Violation (in-game or replay): around 10 mins when i was on low hp and he stopped chasing me when ds placed ward in front of me (ward place was fog for wlzzard)
Any further thoughts: I know he was mh for a long time but I didn't have a chance to catch him in the act abusing

Not sure if he MHs or not, but he's terrible at LOD. Played with or against him many times and his skills nor movement shows otherwise, but correct me if I am wrong.

well idk why he stopped out of no where while chasing me

After reviewing:

Lina was chasing you, and she only backs out when seer appears (where she could see you guys were carrying wards, so lina backed out) - Nothing unusual here
