Any further thoughts: I believe the player "sixthperson" merits a ban under the description and penalty of 'item destruction' as you can see in the definition, it states "Stealing/hiding items from your allies" and once Tiny leaves the game, the items which he possessed become team property and each individual remaining player is entitled to 1/4th of the total value; but instead of team selling his entire inventory, techies instead placed dagoon and dagger on his courier and then the rest of the items onto his personal player in order to sell them and receive 100% of the value. the reason I see this as very bad in relation to breaking the rules is that, frankly, in the game I was playing AM and was attempting to carry and that 25% value on me may have made the difference in that game and resulted in a win for us. the player blatantly stole items from the team which on Dotacash's rules says merits a 31 day ban, IMO I believe if this is the players first offence that he should receive a warning and maybe a 4-7 day ban.

the example in the post was whether a hard carry should stack up on items... in order to win the game for his team, that is very different than a useless support stealing unnecessary items and crippling the entire team instead of enhancing it... IMO.

I strongly feel if I could have had my hands on some of those items/gold I could have won the game. IMO

This rule with regards to the stated game refers to stealing a 'Live' player's items. Tiny was a Leaver hero and his items were sold by Techies to purchase Aghanim's Scepter

These are acts of game ruining. Thus taking over a leaver's items and making some use of it is not game ruining.

I will deny to ban Techies and proceed to ban the Mher - Clinkz.
