Any further thoughts: This guy understands how to communicate fully in english as he was very talkative the game before. He didn't say 1 single thing in this game when people would ask him to send and he would not send at all. His account name is LowestEloEver which to be honest I think he tries to throw games on purpose so he can get even lower elo. I tried eveything possible to get him to send but he refused to work with the team.
