[DOTA] Kicked for no reason (all players)

Violated Rule(s): Was unfairly kicked. Did nothing wrong.
Time of Violation (in-game or replay): Beginning of the game.
Any further thoughts: I was playing as Undying doing my job pushing bottom lane. The Axe guy I was laned up with with taking all of the xp (as usual) so a little trash talk went back and forth between him and I. (Typical DotA game). A player on their team disconnected. Axe went to go farm in the woods and told me to "fuck off". I said i needed XP since he was taking it all from lane-cutting. Someone started the vote and everyone voted to kick me "to make it even" even thought that's not my problem. I'm sick of this happening and players need to learn they can't just kick someone to "make the game even". Please look into this. Thanks.

@xshadyimagex i would like to ask why you use patrol on axe and fallow him for about 5 minutes? , also as i see you are really toxic and flame hard , can you please explain me that? You decide to being toxic and get kicked so?

How about you go with axe to cut the lane? It was clear axe was cutting yet you stayed away...

Um. Because he specifically told me to get the tower while he was cutting. Which is what I did. You sir, are one of the people who voted me out of the game when I did nothing wrong which is against the rules. That is why.

You were really toxix / rage / flame / fallow axe for about 5 minutes with patrol , thats why you got kicked.
