Time of Violation (in-game or replay): Red and blue did use AS every lvl for no particular reason, at lvl 8 blue/digitlai used it on creeps attacking the king
Any further thoughts: If i already have the attention of a mod, I'd like to ask a question, since I havent played for a while and I am not sure about the latest rule update:

Does that mean that any Antistuck usage that is not done to actually stucked units is forbidden? Thanks in advance

@Vrael7 This means that you have to use it on a creep that is stucked. When you see a stucked creep you have to antistuck it. Sometimes we had cases in which players waited for a while to gain lumber or to force people to draw the game as the game is stucked at that time then. So when you see a stucked creep, antistuck it.

Ah, I see, thanks for the clarification, so AS to catch partners leaks is still viable then.
