Replay Link: https://entgaming.net/openstats/game/7403200/
Game Name: [ent] dota apem us/ca #1
Your Warcraft III Username: ZardozSpeaks
Violator's Warcraft III Username: lord_of_dota and berniesand3rs
Violated Rule(s): game ruining
Time of Violation (in-game or replay): 20:00 for lord_of_dota and 24:00 minutes for berniesand3rs
Any further thoughts:
lord_of_dota got into an argument with a teammate, and proceeded to feed tower and give away his gear to our opponents. He also states repeatedly that he isn't going to help the team at all.

I asked the opposing team to give the gear back so that we could keep playing fairly. berniesand3rs eventually agreed. But it was a trap. He left the equipment and then waited for my courier to show up so he could kill it. He then proceded to laugh about it and encourage us to send more couriers. Poor sportsmanship for sure.

perhaps I'm naive to expect an opposing team to return items of a game-ruiner, but it seemed like the sporting and fair thing to do. berniesand3rs was more interested in using dirty tactics and reaping the advantages of other game ruiners.

I don't think either players are the type we want playing ent. Give them permanent bans.

lord of dota is banned for this already.
There is no rule which says you have to give back items, so this is not banworthy.
