Violated Rule(s): I don't know if FS has a set of rules, but hes exploiting bugs, and ruining the game experience for others.
Mostly, hes doing 2 things that goes overboard:
1) Using wings and placing the hero over the walls, and bugging all the mobs to attack it, ergo other players basically stay idle in the game, since they will basically not get attacked.
2) Picking a melee hero and staying in the middle of the map killing everything, not letting others enjoy the game.(if he were just using it in front or around his base it should be fine, but what hes doing is clearly with the purpose of ruining the game for others)

Time of Violation (in-game or replay): for games #11/#7/#4/#97 it happens since the beginning when he sends his hero to the middle and stays there for the whole game. For #81/#29#50 it starts at 13 minutes(replay timer) and for #14 at minute 5(replay timer)
Any further thoughts: Ok,I know this is an exceptional request, since fortress survival isn't a map that players usually get reported, but this guy is overdoing it.
I'm part of the Fortress Survivor staff, and I've got a lot of complaints lately about this player abusing/exploiting certain aspects of the game, and in the process ruining the game for all the other players.
I looked over a few of his latest replays and found out that hes doing it in almost all of his games.
On the chat log, his attitude is also not polite, hes very offensive towards others. He is doing this on purpose and doesn't care about the game experience for others at all.
I don't know how you guys will take care of this, since i have never seen any requests here for break-rulers in FS, but since i got so many complaints about this, I came here to request a serious punishment for this guy

@AzZazel Hmm as far as i know FS has never had a own set of rules (besides being ruled by General Rules, as any other ENT game), so if possible elaborate a bit more on the bugs you mention:

Regarding using hero in the middle, aren't others also allowed to do it? And i noticed in a few games, where the defenders in the middle died, so he was forced to back out.

Regarding the 2nd situation, yes i'd consider making it bannable (Basically he sits with his hero on walls, he doens't get attacked by creeps, but can kill them), something like we have on Hero Line Wars:

The thing is, I will acknowledge that its a tricky situation, since any player who has high enough rank to select a melee hero could do the same, but I'd say his situation is different.
It got to the point where I had to come here and make a ban request for him due to the various complaints I've got about him for game ruining.
I get that even though I say 'game ruining', hes not actually getting the other players killed, but hes still destroying the game experience for others, which in the end is all the same.
If the players constantly ask him to stop in the majority of his games, but he simply ignores them or say they are noobs and stuff. That already shows that hes aware of what hes doing is harmful for others, but he just doens't care.

My point with this is: The melee hero is supposed to be used near your base. Not in the center of the map killing everything and barely letting any creeps for the other players. I've experienced that once, and its a really dull game. Basically you just sit there and almost don't get attacked.
I'm sorry for not being able to provide more evidence. I already had to spare some of my time to watch those replays I sent, but couldn't read all the chats of the games.

As for the second thing. Its a bug abuse! He uses an item which is called Wings of Behemoth that has the purpose of allow an unit to fly.
He uses that item on his hero, and sits on the walls basically rendering his hero invulnerable, and also bugging the game.
And also falls on the same thing which he is doing with the melee hero.
The targeting system of the map makes so that when he does that, the mobs go crazy trying to attack his hero. Which leads to once again, other players being attacked less and not fully enjoying what the game could bring.

For the exploiting of the melee hero. The situation falls more on the class of common sense of what a player shouldn't do in order to not piss of others and make the game less enjoyable. But he clearly doesn't care because even though the players are always asking he to stop, he simply ignores.
I recon that this action should mostly be punished with warning first and talking it over so he would stop. but hes overdoing it so much, that I requested a ban.
As for the second, It's a bug abuse which he is exploiting it on almost all of his games as well.

To sum it up, whats the worst in my opinion is hes attitude. Although he was already asked countless times to stop, the fact that hes still doing it on every single one of his games, shows that he just don't give a shit.
Since you are in charge of bans here, you certainly have seen countless trolls that just like to fool around and ruin the game for others. I'd classify him as such

Banning Grunt2@europe.battle.net for 3 days (due to the glitch exploit of wall landing)

Regarding the other rules, i dont actually see anything wrong at the moment to consider it bannable, however i posted a new suggestion here: https://entgaming.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=85155 so feel free to add your feedback, and ask other Fortress Survivor players to come on forum, and add their feedback
