How was he able to kick them? is it the map where red can use -kick cmd or was he host/owner? (add) seems it's the map.

Abuse in-game kick function and kick teammates without valid reason."
seems to be that this was a way to end the game when borred/did not wanna spend time playing vs stronger team.

mostly just asking it seems to me the report is fine, but how far was it from hitting the kill limit I mean if it was like 100 kills and you had like 85-90 seems just lame to end it there xD

red and green can use -kick command.
