Any further thoughts: Isn't he is imposed a long year ban? How come is he able to play? Had he posted a ban appeal or that he is on VPN?

I was watching ENT games list and saw fofo (aka wxc) in the lobby. I was going to notify an admin but then saw this post already addressing the issue. I thought he was banned? Is he dodging? I watched the replay of the game and this fofo played the exact same way as wxc so I am confident that this is him/her. Anyway, I am wondering if there is anyway to confirm this and I hope an admin investigates this topic further.

while i tried to find the old replay which fofo did mention he is wxc when he just started using this aka wxc. turns out the server didnt keep those old ones, however i did find some replays which is able to prove something as well.
