Any further thoughts:Tiny was was playing recklessly after many times of asking for help, going afk, and farming jungle lvl 1 but didn't have items to farm. He was very under lvled and fed scourge. Votekick was started several times after he went afk. We were getting rolled after Sent was fed and there was a lot of defending and stopped voting because there weren't any Sent. votes. Please take tiny's play into consideration. He was clearly new or newer, so I'm not submitting for game ruin, but he reckless play and not listening to team deserved a kick. His play lead to a unfair advantage and non voters deserve a ban because they clearly saw him as way to feed.

After the statement by retard_strength he moved to top lane as asked.
He dies, respawns at 9:16, and is at fountain until 9:58, then he returns to top lane.
You type he's afk in all chat at 9:48. 42 seconds is not enough time to consider someone afk.
As you state above, you are not submitting tiny for game ruin because he is clearly new. This is what makes your votekicks illegal. New players can be considered game ruining when they keep repeating the same mistake (example ranging far out in lane solo and getting ganked repeatedly), or by refusing to listen to advice. The only advice given him was "start helping or get banned", which he heeded by moving to top lane. So, if you acknowledge that he isnt game ruining then you cant hold the sentinel players liable for failure to votekick, since the votekick therefore is not warranted.
