Oh sure, lets call mid, feed and left the game saying that it wanst intentional. If it is not bannable why not just leave the game when you feeded? Good idea!
Rethink your concepts.
Feeding and leaving the game is proportionally equal to being afk that is bannable (3 - 5 days). (And if the feeding was intentional it could also fits as game ruin)
If it was like that, It would not have logic. You can be banned for being afk but not banned for feeding+rage quit.

ya game ruin is game ruin and bans should be proportionate to how much the game got ruined by the players actions.

However, and considering his enemy draft (mines, slithereen crush, ball lighting, and storm passive), not a surprise wr dind't stood a chance (You could clearly see wr was noob too the moment he gets supernova/haunt, but no desolate or anything to support it lols ...)

Anyways, looking at his 4 deaths, he dind't exactly feed, or die recklessly so overall autoban should take care of his ban.

If we follow your thought, @Hyo, there is a logic problem here.
Read this again and think about it:

Something is tottaly wrong here if we follow what you said, accepting autoban (some hours fo ban) for this case.

Ragequit is handled by autoban itself, so nothing different there.

Feeding and being bad are 2 different things - You can still feed even if not intentionally (by playing reckless for example), but if you take a look at his 4 deaths, you'll realize he was just playing bad, and not feeding at all, so yes my logic is not wrong here.

Anyways a moderator will review this later, and process it (Simply gave my opinion on the brq)

This player has a total of 4 lod games. The rest of his games are dota. He clearly got overwhelmed by an experienced player. None of his deaths looked intentional to me. There are no criteria met here for game ruin. His leaving is taken care of by autoban.
