Any further thoughts: He simple went into NC and farm when base is being attacked (above 3 instances), one of the instances, top rax was going down, he went bot lane doing his so-called defending. Votekick went on for 4 times, Sentinel did not even vote once.

Storm spends most of time in jungle creeping from min 21 on. Misses team fight in mid lane, returns to base after all allies dead and is killed himself. Respawns and returns to jungle. At min 32 goes to bot lane while top getting raxed. At min 37 is jungling while bot is raxed. Has 3 previous bans for game ruin.
Skiman_83 banned 2 weeks for game ruin/failure to defend/failure to cooperate with allies, fourth offense.
No bans for failure to votekick. Adequate reason was not given until min 33 when you stated in all chat "hes not defending" but there were no further votekick attempts made after that was communicated. Previous attempts were announced for feeding, which he wasnt, and building rad for storm, which is not a valid reason to kick.
