Time of incidents (Note in-game timer or replay timer): 20 minutes in, I was running around him as SA, didn't make myself known at all...and then he used dust.
Any further thoughts: Prior to that he used dust and was tracking me when i was juking and escaping. The dust ran out, but he still followed me and was able to use his Shadowraze to hit me. That made my suspicious and I decided to report him. He denied it, but he made it obvious. If you look at my death right before the 20 minute incident, you will see what I am talking about.

18:00 Dota time
18 minutes in You can watch the chase. sf did mh, blinking, then running right towards riki, using 2 shadow razes knowing riki's position.

The 20th minute raze was iffy since he did razes in a straight line so it could be good awareness or mh but later on he does seem to randomly dust, so could be mh.But yeah the chase looked suspicious.
