However he was not really afk (as he wasted blue's rescue strike, used votekick, and also saved game), still after 40 mins, he stays with the -afk mode on, and doens't play anymore (ergo massing shit units)

So basically russe93@europe.battle.net should be banned for unannounced mode, votekick abuse, abusing shared control/wasting blue's rescue strike, votekick abuse, saving game, and refusing to play (-afk).
