Time of incidents (Note in-game timer or replay timer): -00:30 gametime, when myfingerurbutt picked his hero. he said "this guy is too hard" and asked us to forfeit. he then died once, and never left the base again. we tried to votekick him repeatedly (first one at about ~5mins gametime) but the scourge team refused to kick. they laughed at us, and when myfingerurbutt started kicking us, they would vote to kick. eventually, they started asking him for help (at ~18 mins gametime hungrycatepilla starts asking myfingerurbutt "where are the mines?", and soon he tells him where techies planted his mines so he wont die).
Any further thoughts: all 6 of them deserve permanent bans.

I Think they should be banned for at least a month. This isn't the case of my finger being to noob so your kicking him. I think he just hates that hero so he gave up before it started. witch I am not 100% sure. but i think you can kick if someone does know how to play but refuses to play good with the hero he has gotten. If he was noob it would be a different story. good luck to you hope these kids get banned for that.

This guy also ruined the game i was in - gave up and sat at fountain. Also apparently he stole rhasta's item (i dunno about that) but then he disconnected himself from game.

This guy clearly doesn't care about his team, he just wants satisfaction, and if he's not getting it, he'll ruin it for everybody else. Because of these clear, repeated violations, I would recommend an increased penalty.
