After reviewing:

breakaleg@uswest.battle.net , go-play-pokemon@europe.battle.net and kongc@europe.battle.net for !ff a game, for no reason (Pink sold his 2nd alchemist, by mistake, instead of the harpy, and started asking for kick; After that they all simply !ff at 3, when they still had all heals, no major leaks occured).

Well, they didnt !ff in order to push friends Elo in enemy team or anything like this (after checking "freq-played" and such stuff) ... They just thought they do not longer have the chance to win. I totaly agree with baem and Hyo, that its not true, and that it still was start of the game and all things can happen. No MAJOR problems occured, and game should have been played, but i do not rly see a ruleviolation. !ff is a voteoption and 3 people thought that it was the right decision ...

We have disabled the !ff option in DotA prior to 10 minutes because people should not forfeit games so early. It defeats the purpose of the game, as the game is meant to be competitive. If you are not going to try and win, then don't join the game. When you forfeit with the chances of winning still being ~50/~50, you ruin the fun for your teammate who did not vote to ff, and for the enemy team who wants to play the game.

The very same applies to LTD. We merely gave players the option to forfeit because we assumed that people had the capacity to realize when a game is clearly over _and when not_ , so they could avoid further humiliation/time waste. Those who fail to do so are straight up abusing the system, and should be banned as such.

And as mentioned by @broud3r , we have already banned users for such abuse in the past. @Guennter
