Ps. In the event he attempts to appeal by not knowing the rules, he told me to go read the rules so he clearly has read them and knows them thus he shouldn't be allowed an appeal such as that.

Do not deceive players about rules in an attempt to get them banned (note, !draw is not an obligation, but a vote).

Meaning !draw is not mandatory, but a player's choice, therefore not bannable if someone refuses to draw.

At round 2, he had sea giant and bottom feeder, sells bottom feeder, claiming he's done:



At round 4, sells sea giant and makes 4 specters

And at 16:10, juggles king to death

Dind't try to heal either as mentioned in previous brqs

So seilz@asia.battle.net should be banned for clear gameruin (dind't heal king, selling towers with the clear intention to lose, juggling king to death)
