After reviewing:

Starting at 01:20 (replay timer), harambe starts attacking his shelter, finishing the kill at 01:30 (Dryad had built there first)

So harambe@europe.battle.net should be banned for teamkilling (or dodging if confirmed, he does mention it in lobby - https://entgaming.net/findstats.php?id=8122661 / http://storage.entgaming.net/replay/dow ... 122661.txt from the ID #4, the game after this one)
