Any further thoughts:
During 6:30, right as i was gonna gank him/her, he/she started to back even before he/she saw me, because of how fast Lycanthrope cast, he/she probably thought he/she had more time to get away, therefore he/she died.
7:30-8:30, after when he/she was lit by the mines, he/she just started to hide around and completely avoiding me, then towards the end about 8:26 he/she somehow knew i tp.ed away even though he/she had no vision again and came out farming. You could argue he knew i went away, but the fact that he/she stayed hidden the entire time i was around when he/she had no vision of me says something about that instantly coming out to farm as i tp.ed away without his/her knowledge.
13:00-14:20, again he/she does the same thing until i tp.ed away.
18:00, Right as i headed mid to try and stun him/her while in lothars, he blinked right as i got close enough, somehow knowing i was gonna cast a stun on him/her and he/she didn't want to be stunned. He/she stayed long enough to wanna get the towers, why did he/she feel the need to blink before finishing it off even though he/she had enough hp to stay?
22:00, as ogre started to scout their jungle for remains, he/she was already ready to dip even before having vision, making it seem like he knows exactly where or when they are coming from while we have no vision of him/her.
27:50 (the money shot) they had a ward at bottom river, i showed myself for a bit then went invis, and again, right as i got close to him/her during the gank, he/she blinks before even seeing me coming out, i meant what was the point of the blink if he/she didn't know i was right there? You could argue he/she was timing it, but i doubt that a person that was so into the gank would even notice me coming from the obs ward alone, if you see his/her gameplay, hisher reaction time in ganks when he/she doesn't need his/her mh is really bad. And i dont want to pull !sl here, but he/she isn't good enough to pull stunts like that in my honest opinion.
This wasn't the only game i suspected him/her mhing, i just thought that it was finally enough.

Time stamp 630: arkasha loses vision of tank at 1518. At 1520 moves behind her creep wave. At 1526 she moves forward to engage creeps. At 1526 tank starts to move towards arkasha from fog. At 1529 arkasha gains vision of tank and then turns to back but is killed. I dont find this event suspicious.
Time stamp 730-830: arkasha moves into trees under tower at 1617 after loosing half her health on a mine and when tank moves to flank her position above trees above the tower. At 1639 gains vision of tank as he dips down into lane behind tower. At 1642 comes out of hiding to help gank dirge, and gains vision of tank during this fight. At 1722 loses vision of tank from her position in trees under tower. At 1724 tank tps away, and at 1729 arkasha moves out from hiding without having gained vision of tank. This is suspicious.
Time stamp 1300-1420: at 2241 tank enters woods near arkasha. Arkasha moves to creep in forest while tank lurks in place in fog. Arkasha then moves back to creep camp very close to tank. Tank tps top at 2319 and is seen there in wolf form at 2320. Arkasha returns to lane as dirge and creeps converge on tower. I see nothing suspicious here.
Time stamp 1800: arkasha engaging tower with allies and backs when dirge and lina arrive at tower. Troll recently seen on flank, tank far away but moving towards area. His allie types back and arkasha does just that. I see nothing suspicious here. At 2743 gains vision of tank moving towards her in lothars, and then turns and blinks away in a little bit less than a second. Good reflexes possibly, nothing definitive here.
Time stamp 2200: there is no activity involving ogre during this minute. At 3234 she blinks after moving away from 3 oncoming scourge heroes in woods that she has no vision of. This is suspicious.
Time stamp 2750: Gains vision of tank moving into river from above it at 3639. Seen going into wolf form at 3641 and lothars at 3642. Tank comes out of lothars at 3646, and arkasha blinks away with very little reaction time. This is suspicious, but it isnt a "money shot".
